Sade McReath is a Canadian sprinter specializing in the 60m and 4x100m relay, driven by her passion for pushing limits on the track. In 2024, she competed at the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow, racing in the 60m event.
Later that year, she was part of Team Canada’s 4x100m relay squad that successfully qualified for the 2024 Olympic Games at the World Athletics Relays in Nassau, Bahamas. Making her Olympic debut in Paris, Sade helped Canada reach the 4x100m relay final, where they set a new Canadian record of 45.20 seconds.
