Freelance Graphic Designer (Contract)

Tonbara Sports & Entertainment (TSE) is a dynamic agency representing top-tier professional athletes, Olympians, and creators across North America. From strategic brand partnerships to athlete marketing and NIL deals, we’re at the forefront of modern sports and talent representation.

We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer to support our growing creative needs across digital, social, and brand-facing assets. You may also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with our talent on branded content, social campaigns, and personal brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design branded content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Create one-pagers, athlete decks, and sponsorship proposals

• Support website and Beacons.ai visual updates

• Develop campaign graphics and promotional materials

• Collaborate with both internal teams and select talent to bring creative ideas to life

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of graphic design experience (sports, entertainment, or influencer marketing a plus)

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong eye for layout, typography, and clean design

• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple priorities

• Bonus: motion graphics or video editing experience
